The elder billygoat Gruff; Dagmar the troll crossing the bridge; and a viking ship sailing on the waves.

3 Billygoats Gruff

The younger Billygoat Gruff, Gunther Gruff, has a fear problem.

“I'm afraid I have to say
“I'm afraid of everything
“Like cardboard and bananas
“ and footsie pajamas …”
“You're afraid of bananas?!”
“Uh huh.
“I'm afraid I have to say
“I'm afraid of everything
“Like roaches and water
“Farmer Nells and farmers' daughters
“But I really get freaked
“When it comes to trolls!”

In fact, you might say he has fearophobia, or phobophobia, if you will. Will a run-in with the hungry troll Dagmar (on the way to the National Grass Eating Championships) cure him? And where is Dagmar's lunch bag?

This is a great show for elementary school, pre-school, and festival settings. Audience participation, storytelling, and more of Piccadilly's trademark puns and song numbers keep the kids attention riveted.
